Jammin' with Mary

Gabby has a book that Mémé (grandma) gave her that plays "Mary Had a Little Lamb" in the highest pitch I've ever heard. (I am not sure if you can really appreciate the sound in the video because I believe the book was made for dogs - it's that high.) But Gabby loves it and will push the button over and over so she can rock out to the "beat". Below is a glimpse of that.

Also, since the last video of Gabby's first steps was basically a video of her falling, she requested that for her sake, I post one of her more recent wobbling. Notice the book that she remains attached to - lovely. (Note: I tried not to talk too much in these videos. Last time was a little embarrassing.)

A grandma always loves it when her gifts can be so much appreciated (at least by the grandchild).

Gabby's stacking her toys on the book indicates some kind of advanced intelligence. No, seriously; it may be normal for the age, but the psychologists and child experts know that that is something good.

Or it could just be she is organizing, like her mother always did and does. ;-)

I remember those books from mom's house... Too bad that's her favorite book!

Now now Alice, we don't want to be like all the other annoying aunts/grandmas out there that swear up and down that their baby is far more advanced than any other child...even if she is. :)
