Gabby models her recently injured face, one of the hazards of outdoor play. But totally worth it.
The first weekend of June was a busy, but beautiful one. We finally exited our home and spent some time enjoying what the area has to offer. (These photos were all taken with my phone, so please excuse any blurriness.)
At a community event, Gabby got to "drive" a real police car and fire truck. She even honked the horn to warn people that a 2-year-old was behind the wheel.
The next day we spent at a kermesse (carnival) at Gabby's new French school. Despite her facial expression, I think she still had a good time.
And to finish off the day, we met up with some friends and went to the U2 concert. Needless to say, it was awesome.
It also brought back memories of Jason taking me to a U2 concert when we were dating.

You should have tried taking a picture in the same pose as this one and compared to see the changes ;)
I forgot that Jason's phone had a similar picture of us, so I added it. Thanks for reminding me!
Good job! Well, you don't look like you're on a date any more! Looks more like a young father and mother getting a break from the children ;)
