In July...

In July...

We said good-bye to Joshua and Alyssa, who moved to Texas.  :(

We learned to paint.

 We made, ate, and wore Oreo pudding pops.

We used our imaginations.

(I told Gabby she couldn't open the umbrella in the house, so she decided she would have to use it like this.)

We played with friends and ate popsicles.

We waited for Daddy to come home.

In one week, Jason went to scout camp, rushed to catch a flight to Chicago for his oral Board exam, vomited all night at his hotel (thanks to the flu he caught from Claire), completed his exam and flew back to Seattle for the rest of scout camp.  We were all glad to have him back and well at the end of the week (even if he did smell like campfire).

We swam in our backyard.

It was a good month.
